Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end product development and implementation of enhancements.
- Work with Actuarial, IT, Underwriting, and Claims throughout the product cycle.
- Prioritize and manage product development projects.
- Manage and develop product development staff.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Coordinate with Compliance on regulatory matters affecting forms and rules.
- Develop expertise and talent within the product development team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Development (P&C industry).
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and underwriting principles.
- Experience managing product development teams.
- Knowledge of ISO forms, rates, and rules.
- Ability to interpret compliance and commercial lines regulations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in regulatory and market analysis
