Overview : Seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead product development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial lines insurance product management, with expertise in GL, PL, and BOP. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role will oversee a team of Product Analysts and Underwriters within the Compliance division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end product development, from strategy to execution and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Actuarial, IT, Underwriting, Claims, and Compliance teams to enhance products.
- Prioritize and manage multiple product development projects.
- Oversee regulatory compliance related to independent forms, rules, and bureau filings.
- Develop and mentor a team of Product Analysts and Underwriters.
- Ensure products align with market trends, company objectives, and regulatory requirements.
