Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Caretaker to join our team to support the operations of property management for short-term rentals. No experience required. However, the ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for administrative tasks, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Manager with addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct walk throughs and security checks of the property before and/or after every short term rental stay.
- Ensure sufficient supplies and materials are stored in the home (Property Manager will provide the budget)
- Answer phone and make calls as it relates to property maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles (ideal)
- Basic understanding of administrative tasks related to property management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
