Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect to lead identity and access management (IAM) solutions for a financial services client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Now solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access controls.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, workflows, and access certifications.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM solutions with regulatory and business needs.
- Lead SailPoint upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while ensuring high availability and security.
- Provide technical leadership in IAM project planning, strategy, and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IAM solutions.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and integration with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, AWS, Okta, or Ping Identity.
- Experience with Java, REST APIs, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Prior experience in financial services or working with large enterprises is preferred.
