Lead the strategic implementation of Salesforce across Sales Supply Chain and Client Relations platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs create a product roadmap and drive adoption and longterm success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and prioritize features.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts ensuring highquality output and alignment with objectives.
