Lead the strategic implementation of Salesforce across Sales, Supply Chain, and Client Relations platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, create a product roadmap, and drive adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and prioritize features.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with objectives.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Advocate for user-focused improvements and align platform enhancements with business goals.
- Oversee project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster cross-team collaboration for seamless product development and deployment.
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for enhancements.
- Salesforce Admin certification (additional certifications are a plus).
- Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Initial meeting with the hiring manager.
- HR assessments and panel interview with team members.
- Final interview with CIO (15 30 minutes).
