Position: DMV Title Clerk
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both dealership clients and walk-in customers.
- Navigate the vehicle registration and titling process with ease.
- Complete and review all necessary paperwork for vehicle registrations across multiple states.
- Efficiently bill all transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Meet deadlines consistently.
- Utilize computer skills effectively to fulfill job duties.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Understanding of vehicle registration and titling procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must have a NYS Driver's License or Non Driver's ID
