JSAS HealthCare has an exciting new opportunity for our Mobile Medication Unit, where we will provide Medications for Opioid Use Disorder.
JSAS HealthCare, Inc is a non-profit outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) located in Neptune, NJ. JSAS HealthCare, Inc has been providing Medications for Opioid Use Disorder services to Monmouth and Ocean County residents since 1984.
Position Summary:
The Substance Abuse Counselor works as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment services necessary to support recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling. Completes assessment of each patient using approved assessment tools. Develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Documentation of patient progress in electronic health record. Facilitates the transition/discharge process, including arrangements for follow-up services. Provide services through telehealth and in person.
Requirements:
Candidate must have CADC, LCADC, LAC, LSW, or LCSW
