Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple applications and mentor team members.
• Provide user access and permission management.
• Support and troubleshoot desktop equipment (keyboards, mice, monitors, docking stations).
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1/Level 2 issues related to Benchtops, Analytical Equipment, and other IT-managed systems.
• Assist in investigations, report generation, and retrieving historical data to support client site operations.
• Support IT Quality Compliance, Change Management, and Qualification activities.
• Handle minor to medium-sized changes/configurations related to the Site Book of Work.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance, infrastructure security, and access management for critical systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, etc.) or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in the process industry, with hands-on expertise in PLC/SCADA systems.

• Digital Droplet PCR (dd-PCR)
• Microplate Readers
• Vi-CELL BLU Cell Viability Analyzer
• Osmometers, pH Meters, Master Clock
  
  

Enterprise & Compliance Systems

• CMMS (QAD EAM, SAP)
• IT Quality & Validation ( ValGenesis , Veeva Infinity)
• Service & Support Platforms (ServiceNow, Ace Application)
