- Professional and effective written communication skills with excellent grammar, punctuation, tone and spelling
- Strong organizational, communication, written and oral competencies
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing filing correspondence and pleadings, garnishments and judgements.
- Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet all deadlines
- Must be detailed oriented, a quick learner, and able to work well both independently and with others
- A bottom-line organizer
- Has strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

- Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize multiple assignments
- In addition, candidates must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience:
- Two years minimum experience in legal debt collections is a must
- High School grad minimum
- Civil litigation Social Security, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law for Kentucky and Ohio would be a plus but is not mandatory
- Willing to take on a managerial role as you familiarize yourself with the flow of the business.
