Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
7 years of program management experience
Six Sigma or PMP Certification strongly preferred
Change management and project management techniques and tools
Knowledgeable and experienced in the research environment and healthcare processes
Strong working relationship with leadership which allows for quick problem resolution and staff support
Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with large change impact
Advanced facilitation and leadership skills, including written and oral communication and fostering collaboration
Interpersonal skills
Advanced analytic capabilities including six sigma methods and tools
Computer skills with ability using Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Projects, and Excel
Strong people management skills to coach direct reports through the aforementioned skills
Experience leading large teams through major organizational changes
Ability to facilitate and motivate groups of people to improve at any level of the organization
Ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, to lead and inspire teams (of both direct reports and project teams), to set direction and approach, to resolve conflict and deliver tough messages with grace
Persuasive, encouraging, motivating; the ability to communicate the complex in simple terms
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
