We are currently looking for an experienced and driven human resources professional to fill the HR Manager position. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization and we are looking for the right candidate to join the team.
At JSC Systems, the HR Manager is responsible for everything related to employee HR life cycle management, including payroll processing, HR/benefit administration, on-boarding and employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with federal and state employment law, including screening and documentation of all new employee hires, maintenance of employee personnel records and over all management of JSC leaves of absences/FMLA.
- Maintain company Employee Handbook and provide personnel and management with guidance.
- Coordinate and process all open enrollment periods, changes, and on-boarding of the company’s employee benefit programs.
- Oversee employee payroll processing (including certified payroll where applicable).
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries or complaints, conducting any necessary investigations and ensuring proper actions are taken by the company.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand future staffing needs and post open positions to various recruiting platforms, engaging third-party recruiters where necessary.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
· PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification, preferred.
· Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
· Awareness of state, federal, and OSHA regulations and compliance
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and analytically driven with strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
