Job Responsibilities :
Lead BMS and EPMS construction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
Manage and coordinate construction teams including general contractors, electrical subcontractors, and field technicians.
Supervise Controls Technicians , assisting with scheduling, troubleshooting, and team leadership.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of monitoring devices such as meters, gateways, and network switches.
Attend client, vendor, and contractor meetings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor construction progress, troubleshoot challenges , and provide technical solutions to maintain project timelines.
Maintain accurate project records using Procore or similar construction management software.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and project documentation requirements .
Work in mission-critical environments , where system downtime must be minimized through precise planning and execution.
Qualifications : Required :
- 3 years of Construction Management experience (Project Management or leadership role in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction).
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards .
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, budgeting, and contract negotiation .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and Procore or similar construction management software .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Preferred :
Familiarity with low-voltage controls, BMS, or EPMS systems (training provided if needed).
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet / IP, Modbus).
Experience working in data centers or mission-critical environments .
Ignition software experience or certification .
Background in electrical or mechanical systems .
