What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at JSF Financial?
JSF Financial, LLC is looking for a full-time (in office) Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. He or she will support multiple Financial Advisors & Executives in administrative tasks such as scheduling and calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, event planning, data gathering, data entry and various other high-level administrative responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Executive calendar(s) by seamlessly scheduling all meetings, appointments, and travel
- Manage email, phone, and in-person communication handoffs with professionalism and efficiency
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Assist with preparation for on-site meetings including but not limited to room set-up, catering, prepping digital and hardcopies of meeting materials, testing tech
- Help executives stay organized with prospective clients
- Oversee special projects as assigned by Executives and Company Management
- Work with our Director of Client Experience to coordinate company-wide activities and events
- Some personal assistant work required as needed
- Backup reception and answering phones as needed
SKLLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred
- Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation Range: $24/hr to $36/hr ($50,000 - $75,000 per year) plus annual discretionary bonus.
