Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage thousands of iOS / macOS devices and peripherals across multiple labs.
- Ensure devices and systems are up and available for testing.
- Provision and deploy both released and unreleased hardware.
- Debug and troubleshoot hardware / software failures in devices.
- Develop scripts and automation for managing machine configuration and software deployment.
- Provide support to engineering teams in debugging systems.
