Job Title: Systems Integration Engineer III
Duties: As a Systems Integration Engineer III, you will be using your skills and expertise to define, design, simulate, integrate, test, certify, and support cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from state of the art mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You'll be responsible for designing systems to meet demanding customer requirements, developing and building complex systems integration labs to verify the design, and integrate a variety of systems together to create a seamless product for the customer. As a cross functional engineer, you'll perform system and component-level integration of new products and develop new integration processes throughout the product lifecycle. Physical/Mental/Emotional Requirements: Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps. Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity. Rarely lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs. Working Conditions: Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials. Rarely exposed to loud noises

Experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams Understanding and experience with the practical application of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles Preferred: Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Technical problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative technical solutions. Ability to guide technical designs through development into a final deliverable product. Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing rapid prototyping and fielding of capabilities, with minimal supervision. Proven successful experience in project definition, simulation, implementation, lab integration and test. Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
