Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4-10 employees to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning plans and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain open communication with customers and management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
