Double Check Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: A JSI Double Check Specialist will be responsible for reviewing data in the system for accuracy and the use of several software systems.

DUTIES:

• Reviews data for errors.
• Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains a safe work environment
• Follows procedures detailed in the Company Handbook and in other documents
• Demonstrates a professional attitude when approaching work assignments
• Maintains a positive outlook and offers outstanding customer service to our clientele.
• Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks
• Assists in developing solutions to problems
• Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications
• Maintains a good attendance record

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of learning new skills as needed
• Must be detail-oriented

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports directly Customer Service Manager

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
• Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
