Key Responsibilities :
- Create and update shop drawings
- Collaborate with the project sales manager on details
- Review cost details to ensure alignment with drawings
- Provide technical assistance as needed
- Offer value engineering (VE) options
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2D drawings & 3D experience
- Review and adhere to specifications and standards
- Furniture construction preferred
Skills / Competencies : Understanding of furniture building / machining processes, understanding of blueprints / architectural drawings / shop drawings, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, good organizational skills, knowledge of BOM and parts routings / labor, strong written and oral communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, proficient with AutoCAD / Inventor
