About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OSP Resident Technician to join our team. As an OSP Resident, you will be responsible for staking outside plant (OSP) projects based on engineering designs, accurately documenting existing measurements and proposed placements, and creating hand-drawn or computer-aided design (CAD) sketches of recommended engineering plans while in the field.

- Stake outside plant (OSP) projects based on engineering designs.
- Create hand-drawn or computer-aided design (CAD) sketches of recommended engineering plans.
- Accurately document existing measurements and proposed placements.
- Work alongside clients and contractors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience/knowledge of OSP Telecom Construction/Engineering is desired.
- Working knowledge of Google Earth/Maps is desired.
