As a Bistro Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our bistro team, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the hotel bistro, ensuring efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, motivate, and develop bistro staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
- Manage guest interactions, handle complaints or concerns, and ensure the dining atmosphere is welcoming and professional.
- Oversee food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control to maintain supply levels.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with budget management and cost control.
- Maintain smooth communication between bistro team, kitchen staff, and other hotel departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food & beverage setting, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary-related certifications are a plus.
