Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and ensure staff is equipped with the necessary supplies and equipment.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate restocking when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of room inspections, cleaning schedules, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with scheduling and managing staff hours to maintain optimal coverage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and staff professionally.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
