About the Finance Team :
In our Finance team, you will play a critical role by challenging business partners, driving value by understanding growth drivers, and maintaining financial stewardship and accountability. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop your career across various finance functions. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can rapidly progress to a Controller role within the next few years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Leadership : Manage financial reporting, accounting, and performance analysis for this facility
- Strategic Planning : Develop annual operating plans (AOP), latest estimates (LE), and drive the delivery of financial results.
- Initiative Support : Partner with the team on developing and executing key initiatives.
- Performance Improvement : Identify opportunities for improvement and work with site leadership to implement them.
- Internal Controls : Ensure a robust internal control and compliance environment at all third-party sites.
- Digital Optimization : Simplify reporting and decision-making processes using digital tools.
- Risk Management : Identify and manage risks and opportunities while providing performance insights.
