Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Location : Alsip, IL
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance operations in a metal fabrication environment. This role requires a strong background in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, along with experience managing maintenance teams in a metal fabrication environment . The ideal candidate has worked their way up in maintenance, understands complex repair processes, and is ready to take ownership of equipment reliability and team leadership.
This position is being filled in preparation for an upcoming retirement, making it an essential role in maintaining operational stability and efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $90K – $110K 15% bonus and paid overtime
- Expected overtime earnings of $40K – $50K per year
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
