Job Description:
The candidate shall provide support to programs including Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Seaframe and Mission Module, Aegis Weapon System, Ballistic Missile Defense, United States Coast Guard, and DDG 1000 programs. The following job duties will be performed:
1. Support the development of system suitability assessment plan to identify data collection opportunities, logistics, and engineering maturity constraints, and support the analysis to determine root cause and supporting program reporting requirements
2. Participate in Working Groups to support Plan development and ensure program MOE/MOP requirements are captured and assessed properly
3. Assess the system design for supportability issues; review and evaluate the ship and system concepts, designs and technologies, review system data deliverables and provide comments using established reporting procedures.
4. Actively support ship execution events, including in port grooms, Fleet Logistics Assessments, land based developmental testing, and underway suitability data collection using established standard operating procedures.
5. Coordinate data scoring Boards and participate in data analysis Working Groups to finalize Suitability data; follow up on formally documented issues and assess the system design for supportability issues; review and evaluate the ship and system concepts, designs and technologies, review system data deliverables and provide comments using established reporting procedures.
6. Collect, clean, process, and analyze data in support of metrics development to support stakeholders in making data-driven decision making; ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle; identify patterns and trends to highlight and mitigate risks.
7. Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights; develop relevant data visualizations through charts, graphs, dashboards, and slide decks to make data easily digestible and understandable.
8. Develop quick look reports, final suitability report, and suitability SITREP as required by programs.
9. Support the development and deliver formal presentations, participate in working groups, and communicate formally and informally with a broad spectrum of high level military and civilian personnel.
10. Provide weekly highlights of efforts accomplished and being worked.

Required Skills:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
