84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle to confirm changes will meet the organizations goals.
72 months experience working on the NYS Affordable Care Act (ACA), or other State-based or Federal health exchange.
60 months of experience with State based or Federal health exchanges with specific focus on eligibility determination rules and Affordable Care Act (Federal) rules.
60 months of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 834 transactions generated by a State based health exchange for Medicaid, CHP, and Essential Plan program recipients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
