Job Summary:

As a Hardware Installer, you will play a crucial role in our operations by installing a variety of products for residential and commercial builders. Your expertise in multi-product installation will be essential in ensuring the successful installation of products such as mirrors, shower doors. closet shelving, bathroom accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, and more.
Job Details:
- Full-time position with operational hours from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
Responsibilities:
- Installation of hardware for commercial and residential buildings, including closet shelving, mirrors, door hardware, bath accessories, shower doors, handicap grab bars, medicine cabinets, and window blinds based on blueprints/house plans
- Measurement and take-offs for upcoming jobs as scheduled
- Completion of start-to-finish service work as necessary
- Coordination with the production manager to relay job information - Adherence to company safety standards during all duties
- Flexibility to adhere to the schedule and remain at the job site until work is completed
- Training of helpers as needed
- Additional duties as required
Experience:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Construction/Carpentry experience
- Able to lift 75 pounds
- OSHA certification (strongly preferred)
