East Coast Region – based in New Brunswick, NJ
As a Regional Sales Rep for our company, you will represent a 100-year-old publicly traded company that is a leader in the environmental cleaning solutions industry. Our division provides parts, service, and rebuilds for most makes and models of industrial vacuum loaders, vacuum excavators, and water blasters.
Working a defined multi-state East Coast territory consisting of Maine, NH, DE, VT, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and WV, you will be calling on an established industrial cleaning customer base to increase the base, as well as acquire new customers within the territory. Your focus is to grow our OEM parts sales and equipment repair billable services. By utilizing your relationship building skills, you will help to educate our clients and make recommendations on our machinery that lead to sales of our maintenance, parts, and repair services. With the size of the territory, extensive travel will be involved, estimated at 50-70% with the expenses fully funded by the company. Not only will you enjoy building relationships and serving your clients, but this is also an excellent earning opportunity with a lucrative commission structure that is uncapped.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service in some type of mechanical environment such as industrial, or pipe, valves and fittings or truck OEM parts.
- Proven ability to build relationships and be customer focused
- Must possess a mechanical aptitude and working knowledgebase
- Must be motivated and proactive in servicing and expanding our footprint in a large geographic region
- Take a consultative approach when working with clients
- Experience in vacuum and/or water blasting products a PLUS
- Working knowledge and/or experience with spreadsheets, databases, order entry, and inventory control systems.
Must reside in the New Brunswick, NJ area.
