Salary: $22 - $27 per hour- Depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time – 40 Hours a Week

Are you ABLE to use your A to Z trade skills to build decks, remodel kitchen & baths, repair roofs, hang drywall, pin siding, install windows, and replace doors safely on budget?

The Construction Lead reports to the Project Manager. This position works with our Renovations & Repairs team performing Construction, Roofing Repairs, Wood Replacement, Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations, Carpentry and Painting. Must have a driver's license and good driving record. Company vehicle provided for work. Must be available to run other errands throughout the workday if needed.
This job requires driving every day.

Meets Project Manager every morning for the schedule of the day.

Brings materials to job site.

Must have skills and be able to work with little to no supervision from beginning to end of project with performing quality work - NO SHORTCUTS.

Must be able to provide quality work and care about the perfection of the project.

Must be able to have rough carpentry skills and finish skills to lead projects from beginning to end.

Have own hand tools.

Be able to repair roofs, flashings, and other surfaces.

Must have carpentry skills including carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, finish drywall, painting and caulking.

Must have some common plumbing and electrical knowledge as we do several kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Must have working knowledge and skills for kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and roof repairs.

Must be comfortable with tile laying.

Empties dump trailers according to schedule and brings trailers back to the office as needed.

Clean work areas and equipment.

Qualities Characteristics Aptitude:

Must maintain Valid Driver’s license at all times (ability to be insured under company policy);

Reliable transportation to and from work

Roofing & Carpentry experience required.

Follows direction precisely; Eager to help others and team player; Positive, Polite.
Punctual; able be at work Monday through Friday by 7:00am to 4:00pm /-

Comfortable working with heights (on ladders, using body harnesses or other fall protection) and on foundations.
