We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Officer who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team at the Honda Battery construction site. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring daily tasks are completed smoothly. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts, and manage job functions. The Field Officer will be responsible for responding to incidents if they arise.

Duties
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary.
- Supervise employees while on the construction job site.
- Monitor daily operations.
- Maintain clear communication with employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Background in construction.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good supervision and management skills.
- Good professional judgement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
