We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Helper to join our team. HONDA BATTERY CONSTRUCTION SITEThe ideal candidate will assist in various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Helper will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts and contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Support project management activities, including project scheduling and coordination of tasks.
- Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and for documentation and project tracking.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on site.
- Provide assistance in the build process, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid and Bluebeam software for project management tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
