Bilingual Part time Support Worker – Warehouse, Construction & Assembly
Location: Savannah, Ga
Schedule: Part-Time ( 3 days or more per week) | Monday to Friday | Occasional Weekends
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and adaptable bilingual Spanish - English Part time Support Worker to join our team! This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learns fast, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.
Each day may bring a different assignment — you'll be filling in for team members who are absent across our warehouse, construction sites, or assembly plants. Your flexibility and reliability help keep operations running smoothly and safely, no matter where you're placed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill in for absent workers in a variety of departments or job sites
- Perform general labor duties such as material handling, basic assembly, equipment prep, clean-up, loading/unloading, and site support
- Operate tools, equipment, or machinery (if trained and certified)
- Follow site-specific instructions from supervisors or team leads
- Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
- Adapt quickly to new environments, roles, and coworkers
- Communicate effectively and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse, construction, or assembly is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work indoors or outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and highly adaptable
- Willingness to learn new tasks and work with different teams each day
