About Our Ideal Candidate
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (Higher degree or professional certification preferred, but experience may be a substitute for education.) A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the credit union or banking industry coupled with experience in finance, accounting, and/or risk management.
- Strong ALM knowledge and experience are required to ensure effective budgeting/forecasting, and efficient margin management and capital adequacy.
- Strategic direction and oversight are required in the overall internal control environment and the departments of accounting, finance, data analytics, internal auditing, and ERM while ensuring regulatory compliance.
