Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for risk assessment and applying technical quality assurance protocols and methods to inspection and testing of in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
- Evaluate and analyze the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting quality support documents and records.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities. Serve as a key quality management system representative by administrating and overseeing ISO and other Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Identify improvements and preventive measures to ensure conformance to ISO standard and other regulatory QMS requirements.
- Review quality trends in the inspection of raw materials and finished goods and suggest improvements.
- Analyzing data related to non-conformance from the audit, customer complaints data and assisting teams in performing root cause analysis (RCA), and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training :
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience as a QA Engineer, Systems Engineer, or a related role. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience, will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience as a QA Engineer, Systems Engineer, or a related role.
