IVR Chatbot developer. Hybrid 2 -3 days/wk in Newark, NJ.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
- Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars?
- Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
- Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
- Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
