Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 7 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, including strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and improve system performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in customizing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and triggers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I & II).
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Authorization:
