You'll collaborate with project teams, conduct safety audits, and provide expert guidance in various industrial settings. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive site safety inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and programs.
- Provide safety training and orientation to workers.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to foster a strong safety culture.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- OSHA 30 in Construction certification
- 3 years of professional safety experience in industrial construction, pipeline, manufacturing, steel mill, refinery, or power plant environments.
- Proven ability to manage safety cases effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physical stamina for regular site visits and travel.
- Preferred:
- OSHA 510, OSHA 500, CHST, ASP, and/or CSP certifications.
Salary : $25 - $40
