About the Role
You will be an instrumental member of JST's business development team, contributing to growth across various business lines, including market making, treasury management services, and bespoke partnerships. This role offers opportunities for high-impact projects and direct interaction with clients and senior management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for current and prospective clients
- Build and structure proposals for new business opportunities and partnerships
- Coordinate between sales, trading, technology, and operations for successful client initiative delivery
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify existing and emerging business opportunities across the crypto landscape
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Perform data analysis on behalf of clients and internal stakeholders
- Travel domestically and internationally for in-person outreach and marketing efforts
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a client-facing financial services role (crypto or non-crypto)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and financial markets
- Strong math and quantitative skills with basic knowledge of options
- Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bonus: proficiency in Python
- Undergraduate University Degree

- Location: New York
- Salary Range: $80-$125k based on experience. Discretionary bonus eligible based on individual and firm performance
