Overview
JST is currently seeking a Junior Projects Manager / Data Analytics to join our team. This position is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week onsite in San Antonio, TX. This person would be supporting the operations and product delivery of multiple projects in a major USAF human resource management IT portfolio. Jr Projects Manager / Data Analytics Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of Capability Development Teams using Atlassian tools.
- Deliver day to day operational management assistance to Capability Development Teams.
- Ensure systems and processes under purview are well documented, flexible and robust.
- Coordinate unique Salesforce development activities for remote team.
- Evaluate processes across the portfolio seeking opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.
- Directly supervises 25 developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators and configuration managers.
