Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert

Overview

JST is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Subject Matter Expert with a technical background in Human Capital Management.

Oracle HCM SME Responsibilities

• Responsible to prepare informational artifacts, and provide briefings & communications related to Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, implementation and deployment to varied audiences (peer technical staff, business customers, and senior client leadership)
• Design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
• Resolve highly complex techno-functional problems in Core HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud
• The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise

Oracle HCM SME Qualifications

• 10 years Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud Applications experience
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Preferred field of study in Computer Science or equivalent
• Familiar or Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud
• Strong understanding of E-Business Suites, particularly in Human Capital Management
• Strong database skills and proficiency with SQL
• Experience with HCM Cloud fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Journeys, Extensible and Descriptive Flexfields related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
• Experience with data conversion tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL) or HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
• Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher related to Core HR and/or Talent Profile
• Experience in developing build data models and write custom reports in BI Publisher
• Experience is building BI Analyses using Subject Areas in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Prior working experience in providing Technical Customer Support in Oracle HCM
• Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console
• Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
