Overview
JST is currently seeking a Training Exercise Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission to ensure positioning, navigation, and navigation timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
Training Exercise Specialist Responsibilities
- Provide Instructor / Operator (I / O) services to develop training products, documents, requirements, strategies, training materials, and provide instruction in support of SIGINT / EW and provide operational support.
- Provides I / O services to develop and update Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems / Capabilities training products / classes / documents and present training to units regarding current and future capabilities.
- Provides support to operational tests, training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, and daily operational IT support.
- Provides training that includes GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101 to internal and external customers
- Supports customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises
