Warehouse Team Member - Full-Time

JSW Media Inc. is a leading online retailer with a focus on Amazon.com. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, motivated individual to join our team as an ECommerce Prep Associate!

This is a prepping and packing position, which requires individuals to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: handling packing materials, operating scales and pallet jacks, and using computers for data entry. Candidates should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy and organization.

This position requires employees to meet specific packing quotas. More information will be provided before hire.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 18 years old.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
• A great attitude and the ability to work well with others.

Duties:

• Prepare products for outgoing shipments.
• Follow standard product preparation procedures.
• Enter necessary data into the warehouse software system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

Schedule:

We operate on first shift only, Monday through Friday. There are some flexible scheduling options available. Employees can choose between working five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week. Please note that everyone will start on the 5 day shift until fully trained.
