JSW is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to develop and maintain the learning and development, performance management and succession planning programs in Baytown, TX.
Job Functions:
- Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to training, performance management and succession planning.
- Help the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high-impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Review and revise course materials to ensure they align with operating processes, procedures, and systems.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing and continued development.
- Responsible for executing strategies, processes and approaches related to integrated performance management.
- Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement and best industry practices to boost performance.
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
Requirements:
- 4 years of progressively responsible human resources experience with emphasis on training and development, organizational development and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, training and development, organizational development/ and/or behavior, organizational psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and performance management platforms,
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Adaptable and innovative, able to continuously update and evolve strategies to meet the changing needs of the organization.
