Customer Support Representative, JSX primary role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences who appreciate and are committed to customer service and representing the JSX brand. As a successful candidate you will have a high level of attention with professional, courteous, accurate and prompt customer responses. You must also can handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism to resolve issues on the first call. This is a remote position based in Grand Rapids, SD, and you must reside in Grand Rapids in order to be considered for employment for this role.

- Associate degree or equivalent (essential requirement)
- One year experience in a customer support environment (essential requirement)
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (essential requirement)
- Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (essential requirement)
- Proficient keyboard skills (essential requirement)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, middays, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays (essential requirement)
