This posting is for an individual who has both the complex care and behavioral add-ons. Only respond if you are willing to work with clients that have both physical behaviors and need total support. The individual also receives 2:1 staffing.
The following shifts are available, but you can work as few or as many of them as desired:
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (1 DSP): 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday (2 DSPs): 8:00am - 4:00pm, 4:00pm - 12:00am

Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and fostering their independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Provide patient care and support as needed
- Implement behavior management techniques
- Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Lift and transfer individuals using proper techniques
- Utilize electronic systems for documentation and reporting
Experience
- Experience in administering medications
- Proficiency in first aid procedures
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
