Responsibilities
Assist with the completion of sold vehicles paperwork
Ensure that all documents required for the sale are included based on the type of sale (cash, finance, lease)
May be required to contact financial sources to coordinate approval from financial sources and factory credit divisions
Maintain all sold files
Ensure correct title, lien information, taxes etc., on all transactions are complete
Assist with overseeing collection of finance and insurance fees
Work closely with the general office personnel
Responsible for packaging deals and funding contracts
Must accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions
Accurately watch and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes for all unfunded deals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
