We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Manage team members effectively, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Review and interpret schematics and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of work throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Utilize software tools such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project management, budgeting, and tracking progress.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for quality assurance.
- Assist in contract management, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with budgeting practices related to construction projects.
- Proficiency in using industry-related software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
