- Qualifications : Five or more years of experience as a Demolition Foreman running urban projects from start to finish.
- Must understand equipment implementation and production rates.
- Must have a strong knowledge of the demolition process, including means & methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills, as well as an attention to detail.
- Highly skilled at interpreting plans, environmental reports and other types of construction documents.
- Average or better computer skills.
- Must have excellent documentation skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
