What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Lead position at JT Lawn Services and Landscaping?
JT Lawn is looking for a full time Lawn Care Crew Lead. This starts as an hourly position, and after a 60-day review period transition into a salaried position (PLUS overtime pay!). This would be a year-round position, doing snow removal in the winter. You will also be eligible for 401k and benefits such as vision, dental, PTO, and more. Candidate must be professional, hard-working, and motivated with excellent communication skills.
This is a leadership role. You must be capable of working with a team and managing your team's time well.
Requirements are but not limited to the following:
-Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
-Experience not required but preferred
-On-the-job training provided
-Willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
-Time management and attention to detail
