About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Civil Litigator with at least 5 years of litigation experience to handle cases in state and federal court, from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a plaintiffs’ personal injury background and be eager to manage a litigation caseload with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review complaints and responsive pleadings
Manage discovery and related litigation
Appear for hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction
Litigate cases from inception through trial
