Your workweek at JT's will be a fulfilling five-day commitment, including weekends and evenings.
As our Dining Services Manager, you will orchestrate the seamless operation of our front-of-house. Leading a team of dedicated staff, you'll ensure impeccable service, coordinate with the culinary team, and manage the dining room experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, training, and mentoring staff, handling guest inquiries, and enforcing high standards of service. All that we need from you is the following:
- 2 years of experience as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager
3 years as an assistant restaurant manager or dining room manager in a fine dining restaurant, strong food and beverage knowledge, and experience providing exemplary customer service is preferred but not required!
